RBR Pivots identifies Rally-Base-Rally (RBR) and Rally-Base-Drop (RBD) supply and demand pivot patterns that mark areas where price consolidated briefly before continuing or reversing. These patterns represent zones where orders accumulated during a pause in momentum, creating levels that often act as future support or resistance when price returns. The indicator draws colored rectangles to highlight these zones and extends horizontal lines to project the levels forward for easy reference.

The detection algorithm analyzes candle body relationships over a configurable window length (default 3 bars) to identify pivot formations. RBR patterns (bullish) are marked with green zones, while RBD patterns (bearish) use red zones. The indicator supports multi-timeframe analysis with options to calculate pivots from the current chart timeframe or from 10, 30, or 60-minute data series, allowing traders to see higher-timeframe structure while working on lower-timeframe charts.

Built-in presets simplify configuration for common trading styles: Scalp/Active mode uses shorter lookback periods suitable for day trading, Swing/Intraday mode balances responsiveness with noise filtering for swing trades, and Higher-TF Map mode emphasizes longer-term structural levels. Users can also fully customize parameters including pivot window length, historical lookback limits, zone colors, and line widths.

The indicator includes automatic Fibonacci retracement levels drawn from each detected pivot. Eight standard Fibonacci levels (0.236, 0.382, 0.500, 0.618, 0.786, 1.000, 1.272, 1.618) can be individually enabled or disabled, providing precise entry and target zones within each supply/demand area. All drawing objects use thread-safe frozen brushes for reliable operation across NinjaTrader's multi-threaded rendering environment, and a housekeeping system automatically removes old drawings beyond the configured lookback period to keep charts clean.
