This No Refund Policy outlines our stance regarding digital products purchased through BadBuddha Customs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). All sales of digital products are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products Policy

All sales of digital products are final, with no exceptions. Due to the nature of our digital products — including NinjaTrader indicators, strategies, and add-ons — we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and download access or license keys have been provided.

This applies to all product tiers:

  • Pro (Paid) Products: One-time purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed and access is granted

  • Lite (Free) Products: Provided at no cost and not eligible for any form of compensation or credit

Since digital assets can be downloaded and copied immediately upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. This policy aligns with our End User License Agreement (EULA), which explicitly states that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to this policy. BadBuddha Customs LLC does not directly store or handle your payment card information.

If you experience a payment processing error or are charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@badbuddhacustoms.com before initiating a dispute with PayPal.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal or your financial institution without first contacting BadBuddha Customs LLC will result in immediate license revocation for all products associated with your account.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us directly at info@badbuddhacustoms.com. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues promptly.

Fraudulent chargebacks — where the product was delivered as described and functioning as intended — may be contested and could result in permanent account termination.

4. Technical Support Limitations

Our indicators and strategies are designed to work with standard NinjaTrader 8 installations. However, we recognize that individual computer environments and NinjaTrader configurations can vary significantly. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

  • Installation success depends on your local NinjaTrader environment and computer setup

  • While we provide basic installation instructions and troubleshooting support, we cannot provide extensive technical support for issues related to your specific NinjaTrader configuration

  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues with custom or modified NinjaTrader installations

  • Technical issues related to your specific computer environment fall outside our support scope

We recommend ensuring your NinjaTrader installation is functioning properly before purchasing our products.

5. No Exceptions Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Technical issues related to your NinjaTrader installation or computer environment

  • Compatibility issues with your specific setup or third-party tools

  • Changes in personal circumstances

  • Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements before purchase

  • Subscription cancellations — no refunds for unused subscription time

7. Support Scope

Our customer support includes:
